立法院長王金平涉關說司法，總統府副祕書長羅智強選擇走下發言台，力挺馬英九總統的堅持，同時也引來許多攻擊。羅智強15日在臉書（facebook）回應說，「進步多不能一蹴而就，公道未必在此刻人心。謝謝大家的鼓勵（與批評）。繼續加油！努力加油！」
馬英九為關說司法案對王金平發動攻勢，羅智強被視為府方關鍵操盤手之一，也成為反制力量鎖定的目標，羅智強請辭府副祕後，繼續在臉書與社會各界對話。
羅智強昨發文「我願意，站在少數的一方」，訴諸感性，指自己75歲的老爸心情很不好，「喜歡看CALL-IN的他，看到一直讓他感到驕傲的小兒子，在叩應節目中，被一部分名嘴用幾乎是人身攻擊的方式，罵得體無完膚」。
羅智強表示，他雖然不捨，也只能告訴父親：「老爸，你不要難過，我也許做了傻事，站在多數人的對立面，但我至少對得起我自己的理念與良心。」
面對這些紛擾，羅智強今回應，「進步多不能一蹴而就，公道未必在此刻人心」。
羅智強短短一段話，在周日晨間1小時就引來400多人按讚關注，網友留言送暖喊「加油」，Szu Yuan Pu說，「你也盡力了。今天這種亂象，只會把能夠帶領台灣產業的專業人才一直往外推，引來一堆靠關說分食政府資源的蛀蟲」。 (接下一頁)
