電腦跑很慢

幾天前開始，網頁要叫出來變很慢，然後網頁遊戲選伺服器也進不去，就算進去了我要做什麼動作都會跑很久甚至斷線。
網路上教那個清垃圾的方法我也試過了，也沒什麼改善。

然後如果有方法的話最好不要要安裝什麼的(這電腦是全家一起用的我不能亂下載或安裝東西...)，而且希望能簡單有效(不然我不會用...)

我記得發生問題之前我沒安裝什麼東西，不過因為FB不能用有去改那個IP還是什麼的(就是把網址www改成apps那個)

我剛發現我用大陸的360瀏覽器遊戲就進得去(本來我是用GOOGLE的那個C什麼的)
那是我原來用的瀏覽器的問題嗎?要怎麼改善?
