2013年第十五屆台北電影獎頒獎典禮於今天（20日）晚間在台北中山堂舉行，本屆電影大使張孝全及郭采潔一同現身，身穿大紅洋裝的郭采潔笑說自己是張孝全的「幸運物」，紅內褲幫他穿。
郭采潔笑說自己穿的是「旺旺裝」，因為她的搭檔張孝全今年要憑《失魂》再搶影帝，所以呈現一個很喜氣的狀態，身為大使的兩人還要一起為電影節開場。
身穿黑西裝的張孝全被問到今天緊不緊張？他說「OK」；有沒有信心連莊影帝？他說「不知道」；媒體也好奇，他是否有穿紅內褲等幸運物？他說「沒準備」，維持一貫的「省話」風格。不過一身紅的郭采潔則說自己「幫他穿」，自己就是他的幸運物，而且全身上下都是紅的。

不過郭采潔的男友楊祐寧也有份角逐，問她紅內褲為誰穿？她笑說：「都可以」。而楊祐寧今晚則是和《總舖師》女主角夏于喬一起走星光，被問到女友說自己是「張孝全的幸運物」，他笑說：「我是夏于喬的幸運物啊！」
