標題[問題] 關於連帶保證請益

請問板上的各位大大小弟最近找到一家上市公司總經理下的經營管理部門專員的職缺報到的時候需要簽一份連帶保證人的保證書內容大致上是"如於任職間為犯工作規則....使公司蒙受財物損失....連帶保證人願負連帶賠償責任...." 請問板上的各位大大有簽過類似的合約嗎??? 這是算是制式的還是會損害個人的權益呢??? 感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.165.240
