親民黨組政團？李桐豪：狀態靜止中

親民黨前立委林正二因賄選案，7 月被判刑定讞、褫奪公權喪失立委資格，親民黨團成員剩2人，未達成立黨團門檻。親民黨立委李桐豪說，目前組政團的工作靜止中，還在協商，涉及到當事立委的立場和態度，他不便多做說明。

李桐豪說，重要的是四位委員對成立政團的態度，若態度一致，自然容易成立，若有其他想法，便得進一步做溝通，若有進一步消息會另再公布。

根據立法院組織法規定，每屆立法委員選舉當選席次達三席且席次較多之五個政黨得各組成黨團；每一黨團至少須維持三人以上。未能依前項規定組成黨團之政黨或無黨籍之委員，得加入其他黨團。各黨團應於每年首次會期開議日前一日，將各黨團所屬委員名單經黨團負責人簽名後，送交人事處，以供認定委員所參加之黨團。
