尋妻惡煞濫殺2無辜　兄判死刑弟無期

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】新北市男子沈文賓與同父異母弟弟沈文夏，去年底到妻舅在宜蘭經營的檳榔攤尋妻不成，竟持槍把女店員潘孟瑤及在檳榔攤內的潘女鄰居呂俊偉押赴桃園山區一處產業道路，以膠帶綑綁2人雙手雙腳、踹入水溝內溺殺，再把2人屍體載到新北市三峽恩主公醫院停車場棄屍。

全案經宜蘭地院審結，今天依殺人罪判處兄沈文賓死刑、弟沈文夏無期徒刑，均褫奪公權終身。
