最近想要退出鴻森 打電話跟他們總公司說想退出
後來我的上線來跟我談 然後搬出之前寫的契約
說甚麼
31~60天退出公司付80%
31~90天退出公司付70%
91~120天退出公司付60%
121~150天退出公司付50%
導致說我要退出的話 我還要付幾千塊的違約金
這樣我寫存證信函還有用嗎?

另外 如果要寫存證信函的話
