我求出的方程式:(1-X)^4-2*(1-X)^2+47+1/48 (X:特徵值)

我是用EXCEL帶數字找答案，可是怎麼都帶不出來，請問這該怎麼做?還是有人有這方面的軟體可以跑答案?
