103年首批將官晉任 中將7人少將20人

國防部宣布，103年度上半年將官晉任名單，奉總統核定：國防部共晉任中將6員、少將18員，國安局晉任中將1員、少將1員，海巡署晉任少將1員，合計晉任中、少將人員27員，於民國103年1月1日生效。

晉任中將人員包括陳文凡、陳曉明、蕭維民、霍立青、柏鴻輝、胡開宏、郭自勇等7員。晉任少將人員包括趙代川、李宏滿、文天佑、陳建同、呂坤修、于北辰、程詣証、劉豐荃、洪金順、文上賢、夏光亞、周燕龍、敖以智、袁念熹、王瑞麟、許朝銘、曹進平、劉峰瑜、張元斌、許靜芝等20員。

晉任授階典禮將於12月26日上午9時舉行，由部長嚴明主持，國軍高階將領暨晉任人員眷屬受邀觀禮，並由馬總統親臨訓勉。
