蘇澳羊羹

蘇澳特産羊羹製做,早期以冷泉水加入石花菜及砂糖煮熟,再加入麥芽糖調和,最後加入豆沙濃縮而成,後來改良將羊羹調製為更符合臺灣人口感。

冷泉水質密度重,因此冷泉羊羹比一般羊羹更富彈牙性,質地細滑,是蘇澳最著名的觀光名産。

喝著熱茶配一小塊羊羹,是生活的一大享受。
