國民黨務改革　讓公民透過網路參與決策

為因應學運及年底選戰壓力，馬英九2周前宣示啟動黨務改革，今晚他主持中山會報聽取秘書長曾永權報告的黨務改革方案，主要進行相關黨務組織調整，包括現有青年團及組發會青年部將併入國發院，成立青年發展委員會；文傳會將增設國際事務部；大陸事務部將增設兩岸青年交流推動小組，最重要的新媒體部門，也將擴大功能及編制。這項黨務改革按也將於明天提報中常會討論。

黨務人士表示，被視為改革重點的文宣與新媒體強化方案，將以「貼近社會脈動，擴大公民參與」為兩大原則，國民黨未來將廣邀公民，透過網路參與政策討論、掌握網路輿情，並將網路意見列為重要決策參考，黨務人士也透露，新媒體部門也將把國民黨的社群網路（臉書）打造成公民政策的參與平台。（晏明強／台北報導）
