DC公園殺野鹿 慈善機構意外獲野味

華盛頓哥倫比亞特區 (DC)占地2000餘畝的岩溪公園 (Rock Creek Park)野鹿為患，啃噬掉大量植物幼苗，威脅公園內的植被，國家公園管理局只得出動神射手獵殺。由於他們太有效率，今年短短的獵殺季結束後，成績斐然，共殺白尾鹿106隻，華府的遊民收容所及其他慈善機構則意外獲贈3300磅鹿肉野味。

野鹿在廣袤並擁有深谷的岩溪公園內迅速繁殖，令國家公園管理局非常頭痛，決定出動政府神射手予以獵殺。為了幫助遊民，並不讓死鹿任意丟棄，公園局把鹿肉加以檢驗、加工處理，送到「特選中央廚房」，做成鹿肉漢堡、鹿肉肉餅等，分別捐給遊民收容所及其他慈善機構。
