【更新】新月橋啟用贈悠遊卡　發放時間偷跑惹民怨

橫跨新莊、板橋專為行人與單車打造的新月橋於今天上午9時許熱鬧開幕，新北市水利局還特別舉辦「宮廟巡禮 集章送新月橋紀念悠遊卡」活動，原本預計11時發放集章券，但有上百名民眾卻撲了空，原來主辦單位在上午9時許已發放完畢，令現場排隊民眾與工作人員爆發零星口角。
 
1名吳姓婦人(60歲)表示，今天上午8點多就來排隊，想換個悠遊卡做個紀念，沒想到主辦單位在發放時間前2個小時，就將集章券擅自發放完畢，讓不知情的民眾還傻傻地繼續排隊，令人感覺像是被耍了。
 
新北市政府水利局表示，新莊、板橋端各設有一個發放點，因為今天排隊的長輩眾多，而且天氣炎熱，許多長輩都有體力不支的情況，應現場民眾要求，所以才決定提前發放集章券，對於後來排隊的民眾感到抱歉。（張貴翔／新北報導）
