台紐協定周年　零關稅奶粉反漲21%

台紐經濟合作協定去年7月10日簽署、12月生效，今天簽署滿一周年，不僅我輸紐的出口值減少，零關稅的奶粉也不降反漲。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，關務署統計，今年1到6月台灣對紐出口值台幣62.8億元，不僅比去年同期少，也比前年同期減少2成6。紐西蘭進口的奶粉、櫻桃、蘋果等品項在協定生效後，享零關稅優惠，但消費者卻無從受惠，奶粉紛紛漲價，最多漲了21%。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
