高雄氣爆災情嚴重，立法院二次臨時會最後一周，國民黨團決議明天暫緩審議「自由經濟示範區特別條例草案」，打算周三再排案審查。民進黨團幹事長蔡其昌今晚說，民進黨無法要求他不排審，只能「道德呼籲」，盼別做出讓人民更加反感的事。

他表示，國家面臨危難，朝野應存異求同，短期內攜手協助高雄恢復常軌，示範區條例再怎麼重要，也非短短幾天就能處理完，國民黨應分清楚輕重緩急、有所取捨。
