小孩參加很多補習，但效果都不好，要怎麼辦？

因為工作關係，平時沒什麼時間管小孩。
現在一個剛升國中，另一個高二，
兩個孩子差不多，讀書成績都普通。
特別是老大，從國中開始就補習，
但到現在也不見怎麼改善！

孩子自己也很反彈，說補習很累又沒效，
不想再參加。
但我更擔心如果不補習成績會更差，
實在不知道，到底怎麼做才會好？？

真的很煩惱，
請各位家長、老師幫忙給些建議，
