【更新】北海道大雨特報　疏散90萬居民

日本北海道連日暴雨，部分地區今日凌晨至今已降下超過3百公厘雨量，日本氣象廳向北海道多區發布大雨特報，建議疏散超過90萬居民。

日本氣象廳今天上午對石狩、空知及膽振等地發出大雨特報。呼籲這些地區民眾要嚴防土石流、低窪處淹水、河川氾濫等。札幌市南區及惠庭市，早上降雨量已逾3百公厘。受到大雨及雷暴氣候影響，石狩的新千歲機場有十多班航班取消，當地部分鐵路班次也暫停行駛。（桂家齊／綜合外電報導）
