水淹氣爆災區　鄰近竹北里受害

緊鄰高雄氣爆災區的竹北里，因排水管線受到凱旋路坍塌導致排水受阻，3天來逢雨淹水，居民苦不堪言變成「2次受災戶」。里長楊吉村下午2時帶領4、50位里民齊聚二聖、英明路口抗議，高喊：「救救竹北里，不要讓它成為災區」，也要求市府應先解決排水問題，否則救災沒進展，週邊區域也遭殃。

有居民說：「現在只要下雨，就會覺得很擔心」，氣爆發生已10天，盼市府盡快解決排水問題。（楊適群、楊適吾／高雄報導）
