世越號罹難者父親 獲教宗親自施洗

天主教教宗方濟各訪問南韓，並在17日早上實現承諾，親自為一名「世越號」船難罹難者的父親施洗。

教宗方濟各15日在大田世界盃競技場舉行彌撒前，特別私下接見多名世越號罹難者的親屬，其中56歲的李姓男子請求教宗替他施洗。

17日教宗實現承諾，在梵蒂岡駐首爾大使館幫他受洗，李姓男子也因此選擇「方濟各」為教名來感謝教宗。

世越號沉船事故發生在今年4月16日，當時世越號在從仁川港駛往濟州島的途中翻覆沉沒，這起事故共造成293人死亡，其中包括許多檀園高中參加畢業旅行的師生。
